North Korea Tech
A recent North Korean report revealed that the country began conducting digital television broadcasting trials last year. Complete adoption of digital TV is not likely within the next few years. When the DPRK finally switches to digital broadcasting, however, North Koreans will no longer be able to tune into neighboring countries’ broadcasts.
